Track Club

18-WEEK HALF MARATHON TRAINING

Program Dates: July 22-November 24

Races: Tulsa Run and/or Route 66

Love running or have goals of running a half marathon? This 18-week track club builds up to running a half marathon. Club membership includes daily running/workout assignments based on each individuals progress, as well as weekly information around strength training, stretching and nutrition for runners.

Tulsa Track Club - $125 per month, includes training plan and membership to club gym hours, great for Tulsans looking for a running community.

Remote Track Club - $50 per month, includes training program, great for out-of-towners or people who want individual workout schedules.

8-WEEK 5K TRAINING

Dates: July 22 - September 15

Races: Do the Q 5k

Calling all track club newbies. This training program is your initiation into running. Featuring an 8-week build up from walking to running 3 miles, this program is for you if you’re a beginner or wanting a more comprehensive running program. Club membership includes daily workout assignments, warmups, strength training and stretching routines.

Tulsa Track Club Initiation - $125 per month, includes training plan and membership to club gym hours, great for Tulsans looking for a running community.

Remote Track Club Initiation - $50 per month, includes training program, great for out-of-towners or people who want individual workout schedules.
 

Sweat Club

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Membership to Sprenkel’s Sweat Club gives you access to that healthy lifestyle you desire. Club membership includes 3 sweat sessions per week, plus the wellness tips and tricks you need to stay healthy.

Sweat Club (In Club Membership) - $125 per month, includes training plan and membership to club gym hours, great for Tulsans looking for a fitness community.

Remote Sweat Club - $50 per month, includes training program, great for out-of-towners or people who want individual workout schedules.

8-WEEK INITIATION PROGRAM

Dates: July 29 - September 22

Initiation into Sprenkel’s Sweat Club teaches you everything you need to know to feel comfortable at the gym and settle into a new routine. This program is recommended for people new to working out or coming back after a while off.

You’ll learn the moves we use most frequently in Sweat Club and become part of our fitness community. Club membership includes 3 sweat sessions per week, plus the wellness tips and tricks you need to stay healthy.
